Yes, yes, yes, thank-you Mother Goddess it is Friday!!!! Weekends are always to short. I miss being self employed. Actually, when I was self employed there were no such things as weekends. We are off to Little Rock tomorrow for the BACA Ham and Jam. I tried to find a link for the event but when I did a search all I found were the facebook postings of the band and the comedians that will be performing there. We have decided to leave early for the event and stay the night. We have a hotel room reserved a short walk from the Mac Daddies so we won’t have to worry about driving if we get intoxicated (and I am sure we will) and we have decided to head down there early and stroll around the River Front and check things out before the event. Neither one of us have ever been to the River Front in Little Rock and this is the first time we will have had a chance to get away for a weekend. We tried to get away for a weekend in Texarkana but of course we were hit by a car!!
Some events occurred last week that I feel may have caused me to become a target based on my religious beliefs (its not the first time and I am sure it won’t be the last) and this caused some questions among our many non Wiccan friends who were surprised to learn that my religious beliefs to tend to turn me into a target. It reminded me of another example I saw of this a while back. A group of Politicians nicknamed The Dirty Dozen sued a successful Wiccan business in there community. I haven’t been able to find the original article but I did find information about it here Tamarin Laurel-Paine and Adair Laurel-Cafarella also sell there inventory wholesale and they dropship. I had the pleasure of speaking with Tamarin shortly after this article and he told me that also they won the lawsuit the Dirty Dozen still do there best to cause trouble for his family and his small group of employees to this day. Sadly the 12 individuals causing all of the trouble are not even from the area.
