I have always had dark circles under eyes. They aren’t as bad as they used to be. I can remember when they sold that white stick the cover dark circles up. I used to use way to much of it. I just use plain old ordinary makeup now. I messed with the underside of my eye so much as a kid I am sure that the skin in that area will be loose and saggier than the rest of my face.
